Interactive Shopping Experience.

Another aspect we have to consider when designing this exhibition space is the experience we provide for the visitors. We are planning to make it as interactive as possible.

Recent examples of interactive shopping have taken place at Selfridges on London’s Oxford Street.
Earlier this year Selfridges teamed up with Dezeen and exhibited a future-inspired concept store, known as the Imagine Shop.

The main feature of the Imagine Shop was the use of technology showing augmented reality and providing an interactive shopping experience for the customers.
One of the things the customers could interact with was a watch shop. The customer would have a paper marker around their wrist and would stand in front of a screen which would show their reflection, but the paper marker would be seen as a watch on the screen. With controls on the screen you can then choose between a variety of watches and customise each one to your own liking.
